Chief Executive Officer
An ICF Certified Coach and Everything DiSC Authorized Practitioner with over 35 years of experience leading high-performing teams. After more than 30 years in the Marine Corps, Sean served as Vice President and Senior Program Manager for an environmental company supporting NASA. He is an experienced keynote speaker and volunteers as a coach and mentor for organizations supporting veterans and transitioning service members.
Chief Financial Officer
A University of Southern California graduate with over 30 years of experience in grant management and nonprofit operations. While raising a family in the military, Michelle logged thousands of volunteer hours with organizations supporting service members, veterans, and their families — including serving overseas as Director of a nonprofit supporting Marines and Sailors. She continues that work today.
Why “East Ridge”?
Growing up in the small mining town of Butte, Montana, Sean watched the sun rise over the East Ridge — the stretch of the Rocky Mountain Continental Divide that overlooks Butte. Not long after he could walk, he was hiking those hills, building a love of the outdoors that no doubt had something to do with his decision to join the Marine Corps.
When he returns home today, one of his favorite things is getting up early, grabbing a cup of coffee, and watching the sun rise over the East Ridge — a reminder that every day is a new opportunity.
